A shared understanding of role, context and expectations – including must-haves, no-gos and organizational framework.

2. Search & market strategy

Definition of target profiles, search strategy and channels – tailored to market, position and company environment.

3. Qualified pre-selection

Personal interviews, structured selection and thorough preparation of suitable profiles as a basis for decision-making.

4. Interviews & next Steps

Support and coordination of the interview process, classification of feedback, and assistance with contract signing and – optionally – with the start of the new employees.
